CUT FILE INSPIRATION

So, I've been inspired to create a layout.  And as usual the inspiration comes from Paper Issues.  This time it's from one of their free cut files that Jen Chapin created.  Thanks PI and Jen! Here's the file.

 This is what a did with the file.  I cut it out on my Cameo and backed it with paper from Shimelle.  Love how it looks! Such a fun background.  I love that I had so many stars cut out from the file too. So I added a few of those by outlining them in black and popping them up with pop dots.  It came together pretty quick. Since the background has all the stars I didn't feel I needed to add too much as far as embellishments go.  Had so much fun with this file!
